Hi, I’m Ben Rickards, Founder of GradExec and a passionate advocate for student success.
After completing a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree at Bournemouth University, I secured a high-paying graduate role. I realised how many students struggle to connect their university experience with real career outcomes. I’ve been through the process, from uncertainty to clarity, and now I help others do the same.
